Al Ambra perfumes with guaiac wood
3 of the 49 Al Ambra perfumes list guaiac wood: Ravenna, Caelum and Eclipse. FragranceGems sells one of them: Ravenna.
What guaiac wood is
Guaiac wood comes from a South American tree; its oil smells smoky and gently sweet. The tree grows in the Gran Chaco of Paraguay and Argentina, and the oil is distilled from its heartwood. It smells of smoke and tea with a faint rosy sweetness, and perfumers use it to add a soft smokiness to woods, leathers and oud accords.
Other woods with a page are sandalwood, cedar and oud.
