About Al Ambra Dubai Musk
The shop lists the opening as mandarin, bergamot and black currant: two citrus notes and one tart berry. The heart is white sandalwood and magnolia, a creamy wood next to a white flower with a lemony side. The base is musk and white musk. With musk named twice in the base and once more in the name, this is the scent in the shop that is most plainly built around musk.
Al Ambra's own product page arranges the same materials a little differently. It puts bergamot, black currant and a soft musk at the top, magnolia, mandarin and sandalwood in the heart, and musk with hedione in the base. Hedione is an aroma molecule with an airy, jasmine-like freshness; it is the one name the shop's list does not have. The brand describes Dubai Musk as a clean musk that stays close to the skin, suggests it for spring and summer and gives the United Arab Emirates as the country of origin.
The shop lists Dubai Musk as unisex and files it under the citrus, oriental and woody families. Among the four scents the shop sells, Black Forest Elixir comes closest in notes: both list bergamot, mandarin and musk. Elixir adds aldehydes, white flowers and vanilla; Dubai Musk has black currant, magnolia and sandalwood.

Dubai Musk by Al Ambra, or Dubai Musk Alhambra?
The bottle reads Dubai Musk, Al Ambra. “Dubai Musk Alhambra”, “Al Hambra Dubai Musk” and “Alambra Dubai Musk” are the same scent typed by ear, and a search for plain “Dubai Musk perfume” or “Dubai Musk parfum” usually means this one too.
